INTRODUCTION:

                                  India is a country of social diversity.social diversity is a features of a society which is determined by caste,religion etc.Diversity means differences. It means collective differences among people.

MEANING: 

                       Social Diversity means people of different regions use different types of dresses. they have their eating habits also different.some people very backward.so the differences exists among people of the society is called social diversity.

LEVELS OF SOCIAL DIVERSITY:

Individual diversity

Religion diversity

Linguistic diversity

Religious diversity

Caste and Tribes diversity.

 

THE FACTORS CAUSING REGIONAL DIVERSITY IN INDIA:

Regionalism in india is a multidimensional process.

ROLE OF EDUCATION IN ELIMINATING REGIONALISM:

                                                                                                             The purpose of teaching in history literature not only in English,Hindi and also in other languages must also made familiar.

Creating interest for language study.education for national integration.
